Ok, kindly do this first:
Check whether there’s an app update on the Play Store or App Store. If there is, install it immediately.
Next, go to the More page of the app and confirm you’re logged in. Make sure you are logged in with the same number you paid with.
Finally, uninstall and reinstall the app once, then log in from the MORE page.
